IRONY

I have witnessed a great deal of irony in this sphere of existence which is common among men.: People run away and sometimes quite far from the the things they are craving(if not dying for)and run towards the very things they dread. People who desire to be rich detest hardwork; people who seek knowledge forsake books; those who pursue honour, soil their hands; those who strive for fame, smear their good name..Even those who go after good health choose unhealthy habits and unhealthy food.Those who deserve honour are chestised and those who should be chestised are honoured.;reminiscent of what Solomon, the wisest man said ” i have seen servants upon horses and princes walking like servants upon earth(Eccl 10:7); people are dying of hunger in places where wealth is overflowing; people whose houses are made of money,die daily in search of money.The torch-bearers are at the back while those without light are in front. People intending progress, move backwards. People intending to preserve their valuable, first destroy it. Those that should be inside are kept outside and those that should be outside are brought inside. What should be preserved is destroyed and what should be destroyed, preserved. What should be used is thrown away and what should be thrown away is used.
